Arrival information

Check in time: 4pm. Check out time: 10am. 

Early check in and late check out may be granted based on availability. Additional charges may apply. Luggage storage before/after check in/out provided free of charge. 

Security deposit

Upon check in we require guests to present credit card. A security deposit will be withheld by pre-authorization on the payment credit card. We kindly ask guests to present the same active credit card used for the booking when possible.

The following security deposits will apply: €1500 at DOMA, €550 at SCALA properties and €350 at all remaining properties.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 15 days before check-in. No refund after that

Valletta Vintage are a collection of self-catering properties. Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived. There is a property manager to report any queries or issues to, which Valletta Vintage will try to rectify in a reasonable timeframe once reported.
